- Assist in onboarding new merchants to our platform, ensuring smooth activation and compliance with company processes
- Provide first‑line support to merchants by answering inquiries and escalating issues when needed
- Collaborate with account managers and operations teams to track merchant performance and resolve challenges
- Document onboarding steps and maintain accurate records for reporting and process improvement
- Contribute ideas to enhance merchant experience and streamline onboarding workflows
