🎯 What You’ll Be Doing?
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new merchants, ensuring smooth activation and compliance with company processes.
- Merchant Assistance: Provide first‑line support by answering inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Collaborate with account managers and operations teams to monitor merchant performance and resolve challenges.
- Process Documentation: Document onboarding steps and maintain accurate records for reporting and process improvement.
- Experience Enhancement: Contribute ideas to improve merchant experience and streamline onboarding workflows.
- Loan Support: Assist borrowers with eligibility checks, documentation and agreements throughout the financing process.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries professionally across email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely issue resolution.

- Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication across email, chat, and phone. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail Orientation: High attention to detail in documentations, agreements, records, and compliance processes.
- Problem‑Solving: Able to troubleshoot merchant issues and escalate appropriately.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working across client portfolio management, operations, customer service, and product team. Ability to work independently and in a team
- Adaptability: Flexible to handle business management, operational and customer‑facing responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
