Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
- Process or coordinate end-to-end month payroll, leave records, and staff claims.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle employee relations matters and support employee engagement activities.
- Liaise with external parties such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and government authorities.
- Oversee daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.
- Manage all administration duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Possess at least three years of relevant working experience in handling full spectrum human resource and general administration.
- Possess strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
