Job Responsibilities:
• Write and edit content across platforms (articles, social media, newsletters, announcements, event write-ups).
• Produce video content briefs for all reels and video productions (objectives, messaging, scripts outline, formats).
• Serve as primary contact for all branch offices on communications requests (collating needs, distributing materials, and managing timelines).
• Coordinate and maintain the department's editorial and content calendar to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage internal communications including staff announcements, departmental circulars, and intranet content.
• Support event coordination (run-of-show documents, event collateral briefs and post-event reports).
• Maintain and update website content.
• Track and compile monthly branch communications reports (activities, issues flagged and material usage).
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Possess minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, communications, or editorial work.
• Familiar with CMS platforms for content publishing.
• Excellent bilingual writing skills including English.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Able to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
