Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and optimizing the company website including content, user experience (UX), performance, and security.
- Execute SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical.
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and oversee email marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
- Track and report digital performance metrics.
- Manage all branch social media accounts, engagement, and content scheduling, while maintaining Google Business Profiles and directory listings.
- Coordinate with Creative Design & Videography Executive for all digital assets needed for campaigns and websites.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
- Possess minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience covering both website management and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Skills: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, GA4 Certification, HubSpot SEO, basic WordPress development, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) fundamentals.
