What You’ll Do
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for all business units, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through multiple channels.
- Champion campus engagement by planning and hosting career fairs, networking sessions, and internship programs.
- Build strong partnerships with universities and professional bodies to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Innovate and elevate recruitment events with creative ideas that leave a lasting impression.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in recruitment, including 2 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and talent market trends in Malaysia
