Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all business units, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans with business objectives.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
- Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role (Manager) and 9 years of progressive recruitment experience (Senior Manager), preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and talent market trends in Malaysia.
