Job Description:
- Assist in creating and delivering training materials (e-learning, presentations, guides).
- Support training logistics, including scheduling, setup, and participant coordination.
- Help design engaging content tailored to various learning styles.
- Administer and analyze training feedback and evaluations.
- Maintain the Learning Management System and training databases.
- Conduct research on L&D trends and suggest improvements.
- Provide administrative support, including HRDC matters, meeting coordination, and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development or talent management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
