Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the C&B Team in all matters relating to compensation and benefits.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying employee information.
- Maintain accurate filing of HR documents, both physical and electronic.
- Manage employee claims for various benefits, including medical, dental, optical and other related benefits.
- Administer employee leave requests, maintain accurate leave records, provide guidance on leave-related matters, and respond to employee enquiries.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee performance.
- Assist in planning and implementing projects and programmes related to employee benefits.
- Respond to employees' enquiries and resolve issues relating to compensation and benefits.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upholds a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
