Associate/Executive, Visual Content Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses exclusively on the development of visual marketing and branding materials. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, a good eye for aesthetics, and preferably some experience in video editing. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create engaging and professional marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and website visuals. 
• Collaborate with the Clients & Markets team in brainstorming and developing creative communication materials. 
• Design visually impactful and on-brand assets for use across various platforms. 
• Develop creative and trend-conscious social media content to enhance online presence. 
• Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to consistent visual identity. 
• Manage and organise design files and templates for team-wide use. 

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a creative or marketing environment (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply). 
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva. 
• Basic skills in photography, video shooting, and video editing are an added advantage. 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time and project management abilities. 
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices for social media design.
