We are looking for an experienced and driven Client Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the consulting industry, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be essential in supporting our Client Success team and contribute significantly to acquiring, retaining, and expanding our client base, ultimately driving revenue growth.


Job Descriptions:

  • Client Onboarding Support: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the business development cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up. Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.  
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.   
  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients and competitors, providing insights to the Client Success team to develop effective strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.   
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions by utilising CRM systems effectively. Take a proactive approach to expanding our client database. 
  • Independence and Initiative: Coordinate with Business Unit Leaders to ensure a seamless services experience and timely delivery of services to clients.  


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role within the consulting industry (audit, tax, advisory and legal firms preferred).  
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. 
  • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new concepts and information. 
  • Strong understanding of the consulting industry and its various service offerings.  
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
