Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting tasks, such as entering data into the system.
- Assist in preparing sales invoices, credit and debit notes, and collection.
- Assist in sorting and distribution of documents, paperwork filing, and document scanning.
- Provide support in gathering financial data and updating statistics.
- Assist and support the financial team with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and work meticulously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
