Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily tasks such as sales e-invoice, e-credit and debit notes, update collection.
- Prepare debtor mid and month end debtor reporting by cost center.
- Assist in bank transactions and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing and processing online payments.
- Generate and sort staff claim payments as well as record partners' vehicle claim.
- Manage supplier payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor and track utilities bills.
- Maintain and update staff bank details securely and accurately.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and work meticulously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates or with less than 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
