About the role

What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome customers, addressing their needs and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage customer appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming.
- Efficiently process patient registrations, collections of accounts receivables and other administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer care and communicate updates.
- Assist with general office duties as required.

- Proven experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
