Assistant Manager, Key Account
Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Relationship Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with key accounts and partners.
- Support the development and execution of account strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and program KPIs.
- Build trusted relationships with account stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with regional teams to align account initiatives with CompAsia’s business objectives.
2. Business Development & Program Execution
- Support in pitching new trade-in, buy-back, and device lifecycle solutions to partners.
- Work closely with Sales Manager/Key Account Manager in contract renewals, program expansions, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in new program setup (e.g., onboarding retailers, launching trade-in promotions, etc.).
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track trade-in volumes, and program performance against agreed targets.
- Support preparation on business review and monthly performance reports.
- Highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities with proactive recommendations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Field Coordinators, Online Trade-in, Operations, Pricing, Data & Report) to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.
- Resolve account issues quickly by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Ensure SLAs, compliance requirements, and service standards are met.
5. Operational & Administrative Support
- Support in pricing approvals, campaign setup, and marketing coordination for partner promotions.
- Assist in handling partner documentation, contract filing, and program records.
- Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems for account activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management (preferably in Telecom, Retail, E-commerce, or Technology industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and operational data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written).
