- Support the day-to-day operations of the C2B and CA Retail Trade-in business, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage retail operations, including store support, inventory reconciliation, operational reporting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations with in-house and third-party riders, including pickup planning, device receiving, shipment tracking, and logistics reporting.
- Process and validate customer and third-party partner payment operations, ensuring payment accuracy, timely processing, and proper reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports to support governance, audit compliance, and business performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of daily business activities.
- Support third-party logistics and service providers, including invoice verification, payment coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency while supporting business expansion.
- Perform any other operational and administrative duties assigned to support business requirements.
