We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices for cash. You will accurately catalogue trade-in devices and ensure they are stored securely. Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and managing trade-in sales and payments are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and tidy retail environment, improve store facilities, and perform general operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices.
  • Accurately catalogue trade-in devices and store them securely.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage trade-in sales, cash register, and process payments.
  • Perform general operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, with presentable product displays.
  • Assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Love interacting with people
  • Fast Learner, self motivated, able to multi-task and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working attitude - willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
  • Singaporean & PR only.
