Be Our Manager, Internal Audit
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Internal Audit to develop the internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, and prepare internal audit reports. The internal audit covers functional and operating units and may address financial, operational, and IT processes. In addition, the Internal Auditor performs follow-up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues

What Role Will You Play in shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Undertaking internal audits process to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
- Supporting the development of an assurance planning reporting process
- Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
- Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement
- Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up
- Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
- Communicated with a variety of stakeholders across the company
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in accounting, finance, management, public administration, or computer information systems is preferred, or any related relevant studies.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport with and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to work independently, with little direction and a desire to overcome obstacles and succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
