What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

The Retail Performance Lead is responsible for driving performance discipline and execution consistency across all retail stores nationwide. This role ensures stores consistently deliver baseline results across Renew, Device Sales, and BBTI through structured cadence, conversion improvement, stock performance oversight, and strict follow through. The focus is execution and results not strategy or reporting alone.

1. Performance Management & Cadence

  • Drive daily and weekly performance reviews across all stores
  • Enforce baseline targets per store (Renew, Device, BBTI)
  • Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans within 48 hours
  • Reduce zero performance stores

2. Sales & Conversion Discipline

  • Track and improve store-level conversion rates
  • Standardise performance dashboards by store and staff
  • Ensure national campaigns are executed consistently at store level

3. Inventory & Stock Performance

  • Monitor sell-through and stock ageing
  • Drive push strategies and inter-store transfers
  • Escalate slow-moving inventory risks early
  • Improve stock productivity across the network

4. Execution & Follow-Through

  • Own tracking of actions agreed in performance reviews
  • Ensure commitments are executed within timelines
  • Escalate structural blockers promptly

5. Field Validation

  • Conduct store visits to validate execution standards
  • Coach supervisors on performance discipline
  • Reinforce accountability culture across the network

KPIs

  • Renew baseline per store per day
  • Device sales per store
  • Conversion rate improvement
  • Reduction in zero-performance stores
  • Reduction in stock ageing (>30 days)
  • Campaign execution complianc

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years experience in multi-site retail or performance management
  • Experience managing performance across 30+ outlets preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable driving daily numbers and holding teams accountable
  • High urgency, strong follow-through
  • Able to operate independently and challenge constructively
