JOB DESCRIPTION
FINANCIAL REPORTING
· Assist in the month-end closing process, including but not limited to recording of intercompany charges, and preparation of intercompany reconciliation report, review of accounting entries, and recording of journal entries accurately and on time.
· Oversee cashbook updates and preparation of the weekly working capital movement report
· Full cycle recording of accounting transactions of the company’s retail (Ecom) entity, covering AR, AP, cash book, and back charges.
· Ensure all accounting records and reports adhere to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal policies
· Other tasks assigned from time to time
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
· Reconciliation and update of the daily invoicing file (retail entity), and ensure that all the payments from online sales are tallied and received.
· Validation and checking of Return Material Authorization forms (RMAs)
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
· Preparation and update of local books (Purchases, sales, disbursement, and subsidiary ledger)
· Weekly preparation of Form 2307
· Encoding of SLSP and QAP
· Preparation and filing of returns (retail company)
· Ensure all documents and filings are compliant with the BIR regulation
· Assist in the preparation of audited Financial Statements for SEC and BIR submission
Qualifications:
· Degree in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2-4 years of experience in the field
· Strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
