Job Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Operations: Oversee daily kiosk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while driving sales and meeting revenue targets.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage product rotation.
- Merchandising & Store Visuals: Ensure the kiosk adheres to company guidelines for layout, merchandising, and display standards.
- Promotions & Sales Strategies: Implement and execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and sales plans to attract customers and increase sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on mobile industry trends and technologies to guide customer inquiries and enhance sales.
- Lease Management & Payments: Collaborate with building owners for lease negotiations and contract renewals. Process payments for leasing, utilities, and vendor services.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure kiosk operations comply with company standards for cleanliness, safety, and local regulations.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and implement improvements.
- Alignment with Company Goals: Work closely with central management to align kiosk operations with broader company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a kiosk or small-format retail environment.
- Familiarity with the mobile industry, especially across different mobile brands, and a solid understanding of mobile technology trends.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or managing kiosks/mobile retail operations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
- Experience with contract leasing and managing vendor relationships is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail technology.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- More than 5 years of retail management experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in contract leasing and payment processing for retail locations is an advantage.
- Experience in telecommunications or mobile industry retail operations, particularly managing kiosks, is highly preferred.
