Key Responsibilities
1. KPI & Data Management
- Collect, verify, and update weekly/monthly KPIs across all departments
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Prepare initial insights and variance explanations, for more accurate and deeper insights for rapid decision-making
2. Dashboarding & Business Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards (sales, sourcing, aging, operations, ROI)
- Support automation and reporting efficiencies
3. Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support follow-ups with Sales, Ops, Sourcing, Marketing, Finance
- Track action items and ensure timeline adherence
4. Budget & Forecasting Support
- Assist with data preparation for current achievement, with forecast and follow up with action item.
5. Documentation & Review Materials
- Prepare meeting summaries, leadership review slides, and monthly business updates
