What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

1. Partnership Acquisition & Growth

  • Drive acquisition of new BBTI and enterprise partners across telcos, retailers, brands, corporates, and large reseller networks.
  • Build structured BD pipelines with clear forecasting, commercial terms, and conversion milestones.
  • Negotiate partnerships that deliver strong GP, volume predictability, and low CAC.

2. Corporate Account Leadership

  • Lead a team of Corporate Account Managers to manage expectations, commercial performance, and health of existing partners.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews, performance tracking, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Implement retention frameworks to ensure long-term partner stickiness and volume stability.

3. BBTI Program Design & Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of trade-in and BBTI operations: such as device intake, logistics coordination, data accuracy & reconciliation, SLA monitoring, operational readiness for every partner environment
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Local Sourcing to ensure frictionless collection and fulfilment.

4. Pre-Sales & Solutions Enablement

  • Develop trade-in program proposals, pricing matrices, device valuation models, and partnership frameworks.
  • Enable partners with structured training, playbooks, and pre-sales support to improve program activation and conversion.
  • Support complex RFPs, tender submissions, and enterprise solution pitches.

5. Local Sourcing & Inventory Synergy

  • Work with Local Sourcing to identify inflow opportunities from partners’ retail or enterprise channels.
  • Ensure stable and high-quality device supply through proactive demand planning and pipeline visibility.

6. Process, Tracking & Governance

  • Ensure clean reconciliation of devices, payments, and inventory movement with zero discrepancy tolerance.
  • Implement dashboards to track GMV, GP, volume velocity, partner ROI, and pipeline health.
  • Strengthen governance for compliance, risk mitigation, and transparent partner reporting.

7. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build a high-performance culture within the BD & Pre-Sales team.
  • Coach the team on commercial acumen, negotiation, pipeline management, and solution design.
  • Ensure strong internal collaboration internal cross functions and leadership teams.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

Experience

  • 8–12+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in telco, device, enterprise solutions, fintech, or supply chain is a strong advantage.
  • Experience leading teams with revenue and partner accountability.

  • Strong commercial acumen: margin structure, GP optimisation, financial modelling.
