We are hiring a Manager, Pricing to lead our Pricing function and shape how we value and price our preloved devices. What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
Pricing Leadership
- Lead pricing models and strategies for sourcing (C2B, B2B) and sales channels (B2B, B2C), with an initial focus on B2C
- Drive competitive, data-driven pricing aligned with market trends and business goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders across markets, reporting to the CEO
Data & Process Ownership
- Structure and manage the full pricing workflow from data sources and processing to live price updates
- Use historical and real-time insights to improve margins, accuracy, and efficiency
- Build scalable, documented, and reliable pricing processes and governance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sourcing, sales, and country teams to ensure pricing relevance and consistent execution
- Integrate local market insights to refine pricing decisions
- Strengthen cross-department alignment and streamline pricing workflows
Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives across pricing
- Challenge existing practices and introduce solutions that enhance pricing effectiveness
- Lead and coach one team member, while strengthening the structure and capabilities of the team
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field from a reputable university
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience and ownership in Pricing, ideally in the (second-hand) electronics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in tools like Excel and experienced in building pricing models
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, supply-demand, and product lifecycles
