Responsibilities
- Define Campaign Goals: Set comprehensive marketing campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging for BBTI and E-Commerce channels
- Content Strategy: Create original content concepts (text, video, visuals) aligned with specific marketing objectives and Live Streaming
- Calendar Management: Develop and manage the Content Calendar across all digital platforms.
- Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive marketing copy for campaigns and ad materials.
- Creative Briefs: Draft and manage detailed creative briefs for internal teams or external agencies.
- VDO Production: Lead the creation and editing of short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Graphic Design: Design and produce engaging Marketing Artwork (infographics, social media posts, ad banners).
- Brand Guardian: Strictly ensure all content adheres to BBTI's and the E-Commerce brand's guidelines and tone.
- Production Support: Perform basic in-house photography and videography when required.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with Sales/Product teams to ensure content supports lead generation and sales efforts.
- Platform Management: Manage all company content marketing platforms, including scheduling, publishing, and daily monitoring.
- Asset Organization: Maintain an organized digital asset library for all marketing materials (images, videos, source files).
- Team Support: Execute additional tasks and provide general support required for successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience 1- 2 years+ in Digital Marketing, social media and E-Commerce.
- Performance Expertise: Proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads/TikTok
- Strong analytical abilities, comfortable interpreting campaign data, and transforming metrics into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills in Thai and proficiency in English (a plus).
