As the Manager, Supply & Demand Planning, you will play a key role in shaping CompAsia’s supply chain performance through smarter, insight-driven planning. You’ll bridge strategy and execution — turning market signals and operational data into actionable plans that balance demand, supply, and business priorities.
This role is both analytical and hands-on, ideal for someone who can connect trends to actions, improve planning accuracy, and surface new growth opportunities.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Drive demand planning by leveraging early indicators such as sales trends, page visitors, and BIS requests to forecast demand with better accuracy.
- Enhance supply planning by segmenting demand and inventory by product type, grade, and sales channel to improve efficiency and turnaround.
- Identify and close gaps between supply and demand to ensure balanced allocation and reduce forecast deviation.
- Surface missed opportunities, including repair potential, grading upgrade needs, and supply mix adjustments to unlock business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align plans with business direction and market movements.
- Track and analyze key metrics to monitor trends, highlight risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support process and tool enhancement to strengthen forecasting, visibility, and supply chain responsiveness.
- Execute planning activities while contributing to the development of long-term strategies and continuous improvement.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in supply, demand, or inventory planning — preferably within a fast-moving or product-centric business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate data insights into planning actions.
- Proficient in ERP or planning systems; knowledge of data visualization or forecasting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on and proactive — able to balance daily execution with strategic improvement initiatives.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
