Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Enterprise Business Buyback Trade-in

Department: Regional Enterprise Trade-In Reporting to: Regional Enterprise Trade-In Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Business Assistant to support the Regional Enterprise Trade-In business. The role will focus on assisting the Lead in managing the overall business, covering both strategic and operational aspects. This includes driving business growth, partner engagement, pipeline management, reporting, coordination, pricing and execution of enterprise trade-in projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

The successful candidate will not only provide operational support but also develop business acumen and leadership skills, with potential to take on larger responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Lead in managing and overseeing the overall enterprise trade-in business.
  • Support in business strategy, pipeline planning, and partner engagement to drive growth.
  • Coordinate with resellers, distributors, and enterprise partners to ensure timely execution of trade-in programs.
  • Prepare and maintain pricing, reports, dashboards, and presentations on business performance for management and partners.
  • Support in drafting proposals, agreements, and partner communications.
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities, conducting market/partner research, and preparing business cases.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of business documentation and contracts.
  • Take on progressive leadership responsibilities, with the potential to manage projects or teams in the future.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, or sales support (experience in tech/telecom industry is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Familiarity with B2B processes, reseller/distributor models, or enterprise client management preferred.
