Responsibilities
Partnership Engagement
- Manage new partner registration and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with external partners and retail stores to ensure smooth daily operations.
Partner Marketing Support
- Support partners on POSM, social media, artwork production, and delivery.
- Collaborate with regional production teams or local vendors for media production—covering brief preparation, content provision, localization/translation, and final review before partner distribution.
- Collect and track partners’ media activation at stores to ensure visibility and campaign compliance.
In-store Promoter (PC) Support
- Manage inventory and distribution of PC uniforms and ID badges.
- Coordinate PC onboarding at partner stores and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct mystery shopper audits at stores to evaluate promoter performance.
Customer Service
- Monitor inquiries and device trade-in activities across CompAsia’s owned channels (LINE OA, C2B Portal) and partner online channels (B2B Portal).
- Communicate with customers regarding device trade-in (C2B trade-in only).
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners on device pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
- Liaise with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Reporting & Analysis
- Extract and compile reports from internal systems for operational and performance analysis.
- Maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets for reporting, tracking, and monitoring purposes.
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal CompAsia teams to align processes, share updates, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative and coordination support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good command of both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Experience in reporting, operations, or partnership management is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
