The Assistant Manager, Marketing will support the eCommerce Manager in planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives with a focus on social media and digital marketing. This role involves managing day-to-day campaign operations, optimizing online presence, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms while contributing to the achievement of marketing objectives.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

1. Campaign Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and budgets for marketing projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

2. Social Media Management

  • Support content planning, creation and scheduling across social platforms.
  • Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with audiences.
  • Track trends and recommend creative ways to increase reach and engagement.

3. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and analytics.
  • Work with designer and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.

4. Content Development & Branding

  • Ensure brand voice, tone and style are consistent across all channels.
  • Collaborate on creating compelling copy, visuals, and videos for campaigns.
  • Repurpose content for multiple digital touchpoints.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Compile and analyze campaign performance reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations for improvement to the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, leads and conversions.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or related marketing roles.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
