We are seeking an eCommerce Executive to manage and optimise our online store operations. This role will focus on product uploads, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment, while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory accuracy on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and flash sales with the marketing team.
- Monitor order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Analyse sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Liaise with customer service to resolve order or product issues.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online product pages.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ e-commerce experience (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiar with online marketing and sales analytics tools.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
