Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and marketplace platforms. This role is key in ensuring optimal stock availability, smooth order fulfilment, and alignment across teams including customer service, production, and marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management & Order Fulfillment
- Monitor stock availability across the e-commerce website and marketplace platforms.
- Ensure timely execution of stocks management across the e-commerce website and marketplace
- Liaise with the production and customer service teams for stock replenishment, order creation, and timely fulfilment for customers
- Flag low-stock SKUs and ensure product listings remain accurate and up to date.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer orders or inquiries.
- Coordinate with Production/Warehouse for product readiness and packaging.
- Support alignment with Finance or Logistics where required for ecom delivery and invoicing matters.
3. Campaign & Materials Support
- Assist in sourcing promotional materials, bundles, packaging or add-ons needed for e-commerce campaigns.
- Ensure readiness of SKUs, visuals, pricing, and stocks before campaign launches.
4. Platform & Operational Readiness
- Coordinate internal teams to support daily e-commerce operations and seasonal campaigns.
- Raise and follow up on tickets or tasks with internal stakeholders (e.g., creative, IT, marketing) related to ecom needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced retail or tech environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to multitask effectively.
