What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across key business units, from role scoping to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and design effective, tailored hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative and data-informed talent attraction campaigns across multiple sourcing channels, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Champion and enhance the candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external employment regulations across all hiring activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics—such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and funnel health—to guide decision-making.
  • Lead and support HR and recruitment-related projects, including ATS optimization, employer branding initiatives, and hiring process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine hiring practices to support scalability, consistency, and operational excellence.
