CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre-owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life-cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance. 

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future? 

  • Be the face of CompAsia to warmly greet and assist all clients, visitors, and employees.  
  • Manage incoming calls professionally, redirecting them appropriately and taking messages when needed.  
  • Maintain the reception and common areas, ensuring they are always clean, organized, and inviting.  
  • Support office communications by sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.  
  • Perform general administrative duties such as document filing, preparing communications, and maintaining updated company organizational charts.  
  • Coordinate scheduling and bookings for meeting rooms and workspaces.  
  • Manage inventory for office supplies and workplace essentials, placing replenishment orders when necessary.  
  • Assist with the coordination of workplace activities, including company events, workshops, and team-building sessions.  
  • Ensure all workplace policies and procedures are followed to uphold a positive and compliant environment.  
  • Help maintain and manage office equipment and ensure workspaces are well-maintained and fully operational.  
  • Proactively support any ad-hoc assignments or special projects assigned by management to enhance the workplace experience. 

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role? 

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or hospitality-related role preferred but not required.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering great service.  
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.  
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative and adaptable approach.  
  • Professional appearance and a genuine passion for creating a welcoming and engaging workplace environment.
