Key Responsibilities:
- Business Ownership & Strategic Management
- Fully accountable for the performance of CompAsia’s BBTI business, including EBBTI (Enterprise Buyback & Trade-in) and Online Trade-in programs, and all strategic partner collaborations.
- Monitor business KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions by collaborating with relevant business units.
- Serve as the primary liaison across cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize BBTI programs, including business development, strategic planning, marketing campaigns, and content deployment.
- Hands-on Execution & Operational Oversight
- Take a hands-on role in executing trade-in campaigns, phone bidding processes, and field operations for both EBBTI and Online Trade-in to ensure real-time responsiveness and execution excellence.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across locations for both BBTI and EBBTI, ensuring smooth execution, stock management, device grading, and field coordination.
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage a diverse team across the billing team, field coordinator team, and PC team, ensuring alignment with BBTI, EBBTI, and Online Trade-in goals and smooth end-to-end sales process execution.
- Set clear, measurable targets for the field team and partner store staff to ensure optimal performance and achievement of BBTI objectives, including EBBTI and Online Trade-in.
- Provide continuous coaching, upskilling, and performance management for all direct reports.
- Partner & Channel Development
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with external retailers, OEMs, and enterprise clients (for EBBTI) to drive BBTI, EBBTI, and Online Trade-in volume and profitability.
- Ensure effective partner management for BBTI, EBBTI, and Online Trade-in to optimize performance and maximize sales and operational efficiency.
- Sales Enablement & Capability Building
- Oversee and ensure high-impact training and communications are delivered to retail sales staff, field teams, and partner stores on CompAsia’s offerings, trade-in processes, and customer handling best practices.
- Support the commercial team by enhancing frontline effectiveness and improving customer experience across all touchpoints, particularly for EBBTI and Online Trade-in.
- Contract & Campaign Management
- Manage and review contracts with partners, ensuring terms are adhered to and performance metrics are met, particularly for EBBTI and Online Trade-in agreements.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for BBTI, EBBTI, and Online Trade-in, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Regularly monitor the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve maximum impact.
- Budget Control & Financial Monitoring
- Oversee campaign budgets for BBTI, EBBTI, and Online Trade-in, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within allocated financial resources.
- Implement budget control measures to ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously monitor financial performance and adjust tactics to achieve business goals while staying within budget constraints.
- Other Assignments
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives or special projects as required by business management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of Sales Leader experience especially in Enterprise Sales
- Experience in selling B2B offerings and deep understanding of way or work and process dealing with B2B2C.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead, influence, motivate and develop and direct team members.
- Experience in the technology, e-commerce, Mobile, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
