What Role Will You Play in shaping CompAsia's Future?

  • Monitor and analyse retail sales performance across multiple stores.
  • Track key retail metrics such as footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value, and sales trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights on store performance.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Assist in store expansion planning, including location selection and feasibility analysis.
  • Develop store layouts and optimize space utilization to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new store openings and renovations.
  • Ensure proper execution of store setups, visual merchandising, and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyse product placement effectiveness and recommend adjustments to maximize sales.
  • Monitor stock turnover rates and suggest promotional strategies for slow-moving products.
  • Support store teams with data insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align store strategies with promotional campaigns.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail analytics, store planning, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behaviour, and store layout optimization.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
