We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Buy Back and Trade-In (BBTI) Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our trade-in business, streamlining operational workflows, and driving data-powered decision-making. With expertise in business data analysis and process management, you will lead key initiatives to enhance efficiency, ensure seamless data integration, and continuously improve our BBTI operations.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
1. Project Management & Process Optimization:
- Lead end-to-end project execution for BBTI, trade-in business, and operational flow initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow execution.
- Develop and manage new project processes and business cases for project initiatives.
2. Data Management & Analytics:
- Analyze and interpret trade-in business data to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with partner, supply chain, and data teams to integrate automated solutions for data processing and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across different platforms.
- Generate operation reports and management reports to monitor stock levels across platforms and sales channels.
3. Trade-In Business Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee trade-in program implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize workflows to drive business growth.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in the trade-in process.
- Manage billing to partners related to GRN, PO, and trade-in reports to ensure proper financial tracking.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, BBTI, finance, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to streamline trade-in operations.
- Manage end-to-end coordination from partner stores to our service center and end-customer logistics flow.
- Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business process optimization, or data-driven operations.
- Proven experience in managing trade-in business processes and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the technology, e-commerce, Mobile, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
