The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with our CompAsia Partners, and other key retail and enterprise partners for CompAsia’s Trade-In and Renew & Go programs. This role requires a results-driven individual who can drive partner engagement, optimize trade-in operations, and expand Renew & Go adoption across multiple sales channels.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, retail partnerships, or business development (preferably in the technology, telecom, or consumer electronics industry).
- Strong knowledge of trade-in programs, refurbished devices, and retail operations.
- Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong data analysis & reporting skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
