As the cornerstone of our People Operations team, the Group People & Culture Intern will play a vital role in driving HR excellence across CompAsia. In CompAsia, our People & Culture Team is at the heart of building an exceptional employee experience. What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?


  •  Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media and content creation.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in university hiring programs, job fairs, and networking events.


What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role? 


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for recruitment, people engagement, and HR trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or social media marketing is a plus.


Priority will be given to those who can commit 4-6 months internship.
