What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media and content creation.
- Conduct market research on talent trends and recruitment best practices.
- Participate in university hiring programs, job fairs, and networking events.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment, people engagement, and HR trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or social media marketing is a plus.
Priority will be given to those who can commit 4-6 months internship.
