CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre-owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life-cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance.
What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Perform a variety of operations and administrative functions including invoicing, payment processing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and general business administration.
- Manage and coordinate in-house riders to ensure efficient routing for pick-ups and deliveries. Provide immediate and effective support to riders during working hours to address any operational related matters.
- Checking for all the incoming & outgoing stocks. Ability to ensured daily operation work run smoothly.
- Ensure that all incoming devices match with the payment records, conducting thorough checks against consignment notes, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt & filling.
- Managing CompAsia entities and Third-party Logistic Representatives for data, Third-party Logistic situations and review information for accuracy and required actions.
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of third-party logistics reports; assist in developing new reporting tools as necessary and recommend improvements as identified.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in invoicing, payment processing, and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail for inventory, payments, and documentation accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics coordination and third-party logistics processes.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
