Assistant Manager, Tech Coordinator (Buy-back & Trade-In)

Responsibilities:


 Project Oversight and Execution:


  • Oversee multiple IT projects, change requests, and work requests from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop, define, and initiate project plans, setting clear scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, utilizing verification techniques for accuracy and alignment.


Technical & System Requirements Coordination:


  • Manage and coordinate enhancements for CompAsia’s trade-in mobile app, collaborating with tech teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with system analysts, developers, and testers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of software features.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and manage product backlogs to ensure alignment with sprint priorities.


Stakeholder & Partner Liaison:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communication between partners, vendors, end-users, and internal tech teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between stakeholders such as project personnel, business analysts, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for product launches, scoping, and system enhancements, including conducting trainings for CompAsia teams and partners.


Project Compliance & Documentation:


  • Implement documentation control policies and templates, ensuring all project records adhere to company SOPs, PMO policies, and best practices.
  • Compile and present project reports to management, highlighting key updates, risks, and any technical challenges encountered.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout all project phases.


Pre & Post Program Launch Support:

 

  • Support customer journey from pre-sales to post-sales, overseeing new product launches and program executions.
  • Prepare and deliver system training modules for CompAsia’s internal teams, partners, and frontliners.
  • Provide support for resolving system issues, including weekend support when necessary.


Business Strategy & Technical Alignment:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical requirements and devise strategies that support CompAsia’s Buy-Back and Trade-In (BBTI) initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies, ensuring solutions meet both operational and market needs.
  • Utilize project management insights to drive alignment between IT deliverables and broader business objectives, enhancing overall project impact.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to boost revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.


Reporting & Communication:


  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and outcomes, ensuring transparency across all project stages.
  • Identify and escalate technical challenges to ensure timely solutions are implemented.
