Responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning and Analysis: Responsible for all internal & external campaign planning, execution, system setup, promotion configuration, system troubleshooting and performance analysis. Creating, monitoring and analyzing programs and activities that contribute to BBTI number growth.
• Main focal point for any communication with partners and liaison with our internal tech team to ensure seamless deployment of programs. This also includes new initiatives from CompAsia Internal channels, partners, and ensuring the timeline of execution is being met for each program.
• Business Support: Pre-sales & Post sales customer journey, responsible for new product launches which facilitate any execution of programs. This also involved scoping, discussion, executing and preparation of training modules for CompAsia Internal touchpoints, partners and their frontliners, weekdays to weekends support.
• Managing all aspects of the buyback & trade-in projects including program deployment at retail stores, day-to-day trade-in operations, promoter management, promotional campaigns planning and implementing, monthly performance review and improvement plans, etc.
• Manage and coordinate our trade-in mobile app enhancement with tech team to ensure cutting edge trade-in solutions provided to various partners.
• Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the BBTI strategy.
