Be Our Assistant, Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management
We're looking for a proactive professional to manage order fulfillment, inventory, and product handling, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What Role Will You Play in shaping CompAsia's Future?
1. Order Fulfillment & Administration:
- Oversee daily order fulfillment processes including order entry, invoicing, administration, tracking incoming shipments, and maintaining records.
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other teams to meet customer demand.
2. Inventory Management:
- Allocate inventory effectively to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain and update inventory data regularly to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
3. Product Handling & Unboxing:
- Handle the unboxing and quality inspection of received products, ensuring they meet internal quality standards.
- Organize, document, and communicate findings from unboxing activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare products for order fulfillment based on customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Manage reporting for all inbound and outbound stock transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile cycle counts and collaborate with material handling associates to resolve discrepancies.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
4. Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product testing, reprovisioning, and inventory control for return/exchange and replacement of faulty products.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time.
- Adapt to fast-changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in any related filed.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
