What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth- Sourcing of stocks in different industry
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Develop the prospects
• Grow the business
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in Telco, FMCG, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to drive growth and meet sales targets in competitive markets.
• Strong knowledge of DENR laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to identify trends and develop solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and business development software.
• Skilled in leadership, project management, and independent work.
• Expertise in negotiating, pricing, and winning bids.
• Experienced in onboarding, growing, and managing new business.
• Proficient in MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service.
