- To drive the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices in return for cash.
- Assist customer who traded-in their mobile devices in transferring their data from their current mobile devices to their new device, when necessary.
- To accurately catalogue the trade-in devices into the system and storing them in a secure location.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting customer expectation.
- Resolving customers’ issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend and manage the trade-in sales, cash register and processing payment.
- Perform general operations and administration functions.
- To ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, and the product displays are always presentable.
- To assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time.
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.·
- At least 2 years of working experience in retail.
- Candidates with experience in mobile device sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, able to multi-task, time management, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written English.
- Good working attitude and willing to learn.
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
