• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
• To collate and present to Country Head, Hong Kong on the progress of the BD initiative and progress.
• Develop and maintain social media platforms to target new customers in Hong Kong.
• Upload social media updates to increase CompAsia’s online profile across various markets, starting with Indonesia.
• Tertiary education or above.
• Preferably to have 1-3 years business development experience with a hunter skill set. However, Fresh Graduate who have passion in business development and account management are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and results-driven
• Experience in conducting lead generation via digital platforms.
• Good in rapport building.
• Experience in managing social media platform would be a big plus for this role.
