CompAsia is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to join our team during a period of rapidly accelerating growth. This role will be a performance and data-oriented marketing expert with a track-record of success scaling online businesses.

The Senior Manager of Performance Marketing will lead all aspects of paid direct response media for CompAsia and its products. Reporting to the Head Of E-commerce, the role will be responsible for the construction, testing and execution of strategies that will generate revenue at scale. They will be hands on, an exceptional communicator, and will have proven leadership skills and past successes in traditional and non-traditional campaigns across a broad range of marketing channels.

What you'll do:

  • Build, own, and implement a robust performance marketing campaigns/initiatives.
  • Drive a digital roadmap designed to significantly impact customer acquisition and retention results.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across paid media channels - Google ads (Adwords, Display, Gmail ads, Shopping ads, YouTube ads), social medias ads (FB, Instagram, TikTok), mobile apps advertising, etc.
  • Oversee the planning, development and execution of a growing marketing budget, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Establish and manage day in and day out testing-and-learning plans to continuously optimize media investments.
  • Report performance to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
  • Quickly react to changes in CPA, CAC, ROI, and other channel metrics.
  • Partner closely with peers across the organization including the Brand, Content, Creative and Product teams, maximizing online conversion.
  • Work with the marketing team to establish budget allocation across channels
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence teams to drive iterations of media mix modelling, utilizing data to inform decisions to drive CompAsia’s E-commerce businesses.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing/E-commerce/etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing. Expertise with Google / Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok and other major performance marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of managing a RMX millions budget a year, excellent ads ROI and online revenue growth.
  • Experienced in setting website and App trackers to monitor conversion rates (traffic split in between organic, paid, direct, referral, etc)
  • Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough understanding of cross-channel attribution.
  • Must know how to do retargeting ads.
  • Experienced in customer acquisition through emailing (Mailchimp, etc)
  • Ability to think strategically across the short, medium and long term, while obsessing over the details, and a love of investigating evolving media trends and technology to serve your brand.
  • Thoughtful, collaborative leadership with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Experience overseeing a large marketing budget, and holistically managing spend allocation across channels.
