Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- To collate and present to Head Of Sales (Singapore) on the progress of the BD initiative and progress.
- Develop and maintain social media platforms to target new customers in Indonesia.
- Upload social media updates to increase CompAsia’s online profile across various markets, starting with Indonesia.
Requirement
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree but is not necessary.
- 1-3 years business development experience with a hunter skill set.
- Lead generation via digital platforms.
- Good in rapport building.
- Experience in managing social media platform would be a big plus for this role.
- Fluent in English / Bahasa Indonesia (knowledge of Mandarin and Hokkien is also advantageous) as this role will be mainly target at Indonesia market.
