  • Key Task
  • Managing 30 retail stores within the assigned area/territory.
  • Ensure every retail stores achieve their daily device trade-in target.
  • Provide training to the frontliners (Retails Sales Staffs/Promoters).
  • Activation of Trade-In Programs within all stores assigned.
  • Submit sales reports.
  • Coordination
  • Set-up Group Chat in social media app to manage inqueries and concerns coming from frontliners.
  • Coordinate trade-in device collection between Store PICs, Branch Managers and CompAsia.
  • Store Monitoring
  • Regular store visits to assist frontliners in improving their conversion skills.
  • Monitor sales processes and POSM, inform CompAsia if not adhered to.
  • Monitor target for weekly inquiries and trade-ins per store, provide feedback and propose improvements to CompAsia to meet the target.
  • Assist frontliners in store operational queries such as but not limited to Instacash functionality, device assessment, trade-in pricing, etc.
  • Information Management
  • Provide feedback and coaching to frontliners on misgrading to minimize wrong assessments.


  • Preferably, a graduate of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related fields.
  • Well-organized, proactive, result-oriented, flexible and responsible.
  • With an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Able to work professionally without monitoring.
  • Proven experience in retail sales is an advantage.
