The Role
We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer with a strong grasp of digital ad formats, versioning workflows, and multi-platform publishing. In this role, you’ll develop and turn master creative into high-performing adaptations across video, static, and landing pages — ensuring speed, consistency, and precision across all campaign outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Create high-conversion video ads for paid media, building replicable After Effects templates (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for multi-platform publishing
- Develop adaptations from master video and static templates for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Google PMAX, Meta, YouTube, CRM)
- Produce lifestyle imagery and video footages using AI tools (e.g., Google Labs, Freepik, Runway, Kling)
- Design Ad Landing Page banners and static ad frames (e.g., Product feed ads, CRM, website assets)
- Support design requirements and digital campaign needs across B2C and B2B
- Maintain and organize footage and image libraries, ensuring all assets are campaign-ready
- Support the development and refinement of branding assets across digital and print touchpoints
- Provide ad hoc design support such as resizing, localization, and asset versioning as needed
What You Bring
- Proven experience in motion and static design, with a portfolio showing paid media ads, ad adaptations, and cross-format campaigns
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Canva
- Experience with After Effects template systems and efficient adaptation workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Google Labs) for video and image generation
- A solid understanding of digital ad specifications and multi-platform delivery (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with consistent file naming, folder structures, and version control
- Ability to contribute ideas and take ownership of creative briefs from start to finish
