Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development (Top of Funnel)

  • Conduct research on ICP leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal CRM data
  • Enrich and qualify lead lists in HubSpot
  • Draft and send outbound messages via email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp, using prebuilt sequences
  • Book qualified meetings for the Partnerships team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: update lead status, notes, and response tracking

2. Post-Live Customer Success (Light CSM)

  • Send follow-up comms after onboarding to check-in at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days
  • Track early usage and flag issues or drop-off risk
  • Collect basic feedback from customers and relay insights to product/success/ops
  • Trigger “winback” or re-engagement campaigns if customers become inactive
  • Coordinate with Ops/Support to ensure customer experience is smooth and prompt

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, account coordination, or customer success
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outreach tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • Strong written communication, with the ability to personalize outbound at scale
  • Process-oriented mindset: you keep the pipeline clean and customers on track
  • Self-sufficient, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Bonus: familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech client workflows
