B2B GROWTH


You make presenations that move deals forward. You know how to turn a product into a story, and a list of features into a pitch that lands. You’re also happy to roll up your sleeves and support the commercial engine—whether that’s tracking leads in HubSpot or sending a sharp follow-up to a warm prospect. You’ve got design instincts and business logic—and you want a front-row seat to how a startup scales its GTM.

🎨 Strategic Presentations (75%)

  • Design clean, persuasive decks for B2B sales, strategic partners, and investor meetings
  • Create vertical-specific one-pagers and pitch materials for prospects
  • Work with the COO and founders to develop product narratives and visual explainers
  • Standardize and maintain a consistent look/feel across all external comms
  • Build templates, toolkits, and content that other team members can adapt and reuse
  • Iterate decks quickly based on live feedback from prospects and internal stakeholders

📈 Commercial Operations & Outreach (25%)

  • Identify and research warm prospects in key verticals (e.g. logistics, healthcare, retail)
  • Support email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach and basic cold prospecting
  • Track pipeline activity, meeting notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot
  • Assist with booking meetings and coordinating responses to inbound leads

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, BD, startup, or communications roles
  • Expert with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva (bonus: Figma)
  • Great visual and written communicator—you simplify, you clarify, you persuade
  • Comfortable juggling multiple decks and adapting to changing requirements fast
  • Curious about business strategy, early-stage startups, and tech adoption
  • Familiar with CRMs like HubSpot and outbound basics (calls, DMs, follow-ups)
  • Bonus: You’ve helped close deals, worked on investor decks, or built internal toolkits
