ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead platform and automation products that support how devices are subscribed, managed, delivered, and returned. You’ll work with engineering, operations, and design to build tools that improve workflows and help us scale.

You’ll define product strategy, write clear requirements, and drive execution across teams. Experience with AI, particularly prompt engineering, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage roadmaps for platform and automation tools.
• Work with teams to build features that support device lifecycle operations.
• Translate business needs into clear product specs and workflows.
• Document features and processes to keep teams aligned.
• Use data and feedback to improve product performance.
• Identify where automation or AI can improve speed and quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or platform operations.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and design.
• Clear communicator, especially in writing product requirements and documentation.

Experience with AI, prompt design, or LLMs is a plus.
