ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tooling that powers our engineering workflows and production systems. You will play a critical role in enabling secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms — supporting our developers through automation, observability, and modern deployment practices.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to help scale a robust DevOps culture in a fast-moving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support reliable and efficient deployment workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management using infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Implement and manage observability systems to monitor availability, performance, and system health.
• Support deployment and lifecycle management of containerized applications and services.
• Implement security practices that comply with standards to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure.
• Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and proactively solve problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles, with a focus on high-availability production systems.
• Strong experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms) and Linux-based systems.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and container orchestration using platforms like Kubernetes or ECS.
• Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.
• Proficient with tools such as: Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK, Docker, EKS, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Helm, GitHub.
• Solid knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and security hardening in cloud-native environments.
